Kuwait Tower


located just three kilometres from awtad residence is the Kuwait Towers which is th e land mark of Kuwait.The most iconic structures in Kuwait draw maximum tourist attention.This consists of two towers which is 538 and 478 feet tall respectively. The first tower consists of a Viewing sphere at 403 feet, replete with a rotating viewing platform and a small snack bar.Thw swcond tower is used for water storage purpose and is not accessible to the public.

GrandMosque


A fine testament of Islamic architecture , the Grand Mosque is a place to have a look at the intricate craftsmanship.The tourist friendly guided tours are quite informative to learn a bit about Islamic religion and culture.






Liberation Tower


Access to the tower is possible only during the National Day of Kuwat which falls on 25th February.It is however worth a look from the outside as it happens to be the tallest-free standing structures in the world at a height of 1,220ft.

Located in the heart of downtown, is the Souk Al Mubarakiya designed in the traditional style to check out Middle Eastern and Oriental artifacts.SoukAl-Juma and the Mahameed markets in Behbehani comlex are renowned for their bargain prices.





National Musuem


At the Nation Museum situated in Sharq exhibits relics found on Failaka Island. Also on display is an intricate facsimile of an old Kuwaiti Souk and an ancient Kuwait boum (dhow) .







Kazmah Desert Cliffs


To break the monotomy of the man made wonders of Kuwait, a plan to the desert safari in a jeep is a favourite outing with the tourists. Kazmah desert cliffs, one of the few elevations in the Kuwait desert gives a gorgeous view of he bay.You can alos catch a beautiful view of the sunrise .
