- Responisibilities
- Good in Office Administration
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
- Telephone calls
- Maintaining & Scheduling Meetings for the CEO.
- Preparation for Meeting within the office & Outside Office.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- To type required documents in word both in Arabic & English
- Good understating about company documents

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's / College Degree with 3-5 years experience in Secretarial Operations
- Should have Good Communication Skills Arabic & English
- Computer Literate & Good Typing Speed.
