Participation in the Second Forum for Public Relations and Media: Arab State University, December 2019:

As part of its commitment to enhancing the principles of community partnership with various international and regional institutions, the association took part in the events of the second forum for public relations and media, held at the Arab State University in December 2019. The forum was organized by the Arab Organization for Administrative Development under the theme "Public Relations in a Changing Digital World: New Roles and Requirements."

The aim of the forum was to discuss the readiness of Arab institutions to keep up with the digital transformation in the field of communication and public relations. It sought to explore the future transition from traditional to digital methods in this field, aiming to enhance the institutional image, build trust, and strengthen citizens' loyalty.
