Al Yarmouk neighborhood center has been constructed at Al Yarmouk Area on a plot of 40,000 m2. This neighborhood center consists of a main supermarket, retail shops, social development center, post office, municipality office, library and a police station.
The main supermarket has a storage area in the basement, reception, shopping and administration areas at the ground and mezzanine levels.
The footprints of the buildings are only 35% of the plot area, whereas 30% is allocated for car parking. The remaining open area has been landscaped for beautification of the project.
