ARAB OPEN UNIVERSITY

The design of the AOU campus addresses the challenge of gender separation by incorporating a central courtyard and surrounding ambulatory system, which allows for physical separation while supporting a modern, high-tech educational environment. The architecture reflects local culture and context, providing a focused learning atmosphere. Flexibility and practicality are enhanced by a robust IT and communication infrastructure that supports online learning and library access.
