CAMPANILE HOTEL

MANGAF, KUWAIT

Campanile Hotel was envisaged as an Economy Hotel by the Client with the aim to usher in State of Art services to its clientele and to mark its place in the Kuwait market. This is their first Hotel under the brand name of ‘Campanile’. The Hotel located on the Gulf Road overlooking the sea is a 10-Storey Tower over the Podium (6-Storey high). The Podium comprises of the Entrance Reception, Restaurant, Offices & Meeting Rooms, SPA & Gymnasium including Mechanical Floor. The tower comprises of single rooms & twin rooms including suites. The building façade has been envisaged to be responsive to the local climate with the stone façade on the South to shield the sun while the North overlooks the placid sea. The location presents the Hotel with the opportunity to showcase itself as a landmark on the street.
