RESTAURANTS COMPLEX ABOU AL HASANIA

Abou Al-Hasania Restaurants Complex (single story) is located on plots (267, 277) in Block 10of Abu Fatira (facing Road 30, Fahaheel Expressway) on a Plot area of 9,840 square meters. The project building consists of a basement and ground floor with a total built up area equal to 13,615 square meters. Basement consists of 84 Car park spaces and all required MEP services. A group of restaurants is formed with 28 units, with areas ranging from (60 square meters to 140 square meters) around an open (inner) courtyard having fountains, and cosmetic plantings. The construction began in 2016.
