Al Tijaria Tower” has received the Excellence Award from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Kuwait Branch, ACI this award is usually granted for outstanding work in the field of design, construction, and execution of concrete in Kuwait.

Inspired by a spiral, this 218m, 37-storey tower twists 80 degrees as it rises, with a central circular core and stacked atrium gardens bringing nature into the workspace. Each floor offers 700m² of office space. The smooth aluminium and blue-tinted glass façade enhances its sleek, dynamic form, while the podium contrasts with natural stone and precast concrete.
