The Sulaibiya Industrial Area spans 8 hectares with 116 workshops for 18 types of uses, along with support facilities like a mosque, supermarket, parking, and 7 substations. Al-Jazera Consultants provided full design and supervision services. The Jahra Industrial Area covers 19.5 hectares with 316 workshops for varied uses, plus facilities like a cafeteria, mosque, and 12 substations. Both sites are fully landscaped with efficient infrastructure and modern, functional designs.
