KUWAIT CITY, KUWAIT
Inspired by a spiral, this 218 m, 37-storey tower twists 80 degrees as it rises, with a central circular core and stacked atrium gardens that bring nature into the workspace. Each floor offers 700 m² of office space.
The smooth aluminum and blue-tinted glass façade enhances its sleek, dynamic form, while the podium contrasts with natural stone and precast concrete.
