This project was developed as a Joint Venture with NORINCO of China, providing facilities for the Ministry of Defence in a Remote Area in Kuwait.

• Infrastructure Design, including Roads, Mechanical, Power, Lighting and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Several Administration and Technical Buildings including Factories and Storage.
