The scope of this development project included the conversion and completion of a structure under construction from its previously designated use as core and shell office building into a mix-use hospitality and office facility with retail.
AlTamayuz Tower is located in a prime location in the city of Riyadh at the Cairo Square crossing. The building consists of ground floor, mezzanine, 6 floors and a penthouse withoutdoor terrace and a pool. In addition, the building contains three basement floors with a capacity of 313 car parking spaces, in addition to building services.
The hospitality section occupies two-thirds of the tower area containing 95 keys in different configurations – studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and presidential suites -managed by Frasers Hospitality, and the offices occupies the remaining third of the building.
The total BUA of the project is 36,180 SQM
