Always follow the instructions of the marshals and referees
Skate in an anti-clockwise direction and follow the instructions from the ice marshals.
Do not carry young children or babies in your arms while on the ice. Do not skate if pregnant
If you are injured, in a cast, or requiring assistance, you are not allowed to skate for safety reasons
Be safe on the ice. Do not skate at excessive speeds or attempt risky manoeuvres. Horseplay and throwing items are prohibited.
Do not bring personal items onto the ice. Mobile phones, speakers, bags, cameras, selfie sticks, etc. should be kept in the lockers provided. Waist bags are permitted on the ice.
Special Needs Children must present a card for verification, and are eligible for a discount.
Children ages 3 - 4 are required to have an accompanying adult 18 years or older. The guardian can join free of charge. Bob Skates can be used only up to 5 years old.
Only 1 ticket allowed per skater. Tickets cannot be shared or exchanged. You must follow the hours stated on your wristband ticket.
Promenade Ice shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, damage or lost items that may occur as a result of time spent participating in any activities.
Proper and safe clothing is required on the ice. We advise you to wear gloves and layered clothing. No scarves, long coats, long dresses, dishdasha or abaya allowed.
Ice marshals and Promenade Ice reserve the right to dismiss anyone off the ice for improper behaviour or for posing a safety risk without any warning. Tickets will not be refunded in this instance.
