Yes, AlShamel lab tests the same lab tests that doctors/hospitals/ Medical laboratories use
Laboratory tests from AlShamel can be acquired through our website and performed either by one of our on-site laboratory technicians or nurses at the designated location. Alternatively, the tests can be purchased and conducted at any of our laboratory facilities.
No, it doesn't have expiration date
You will receive a confirmation email if you are registered on the website. if you are not registered on the website you will receive a confirmation text message
You can use your promo code during the checkout process. On the Cart page, you will see a text box labelled ‘Enter Promo Code.’ Type in your promo code and then apply the code. Your discount will then display as a line item in the subtotal, and the total will be updated to reflect the discount.

You will receive an email notification when your lab test results are ready. You can login and view the results on your AlShamel Results page or through the application.
Internal tests take up to 24 hours, cultural and sensitivity tests may take up to 4 days, and external tests take up to 14 working days.

No, you don’t need an account to buy a product or a test.
From the navigation bar on the top right side click “Sign up” then fill your information and click ”Sign up" You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account; if you do not receive this email, double check your Spam and Junk folders.
